I`m just trying to keep my guys out of harms way by educating them  and keeping them off the radar screen. So far so good just a couple of bumps in the road along the way. I fear for the younger guys that aren`t as disciplined as the senior guys you should be worried everyone should be worried. I`m not happy with a lot stuff that`s going on now I hear a lot of horror stories from people that work in other buildings.</p></blockquote><p></p>
