One other thing that kills me is double dipping.....How is it possible for a member on the board to be payed by us and receive their pension checks at the same time???????&nbsp;&nbsp; Thats just a few things I would like to see possibly added in our bylaws to benefit the members and keep the boards from getting too comfortable.</blockquote>
