All I know is that taking 3 kids to the doctor and getting prescriptions now cost me $105 in one visit. My BA admits he dosent really know the answers to some of the questions that we have asked him and calls to the hall do not get returned. It is very frustrating. How much time do we give this board? This board is killing us. Mgmnt laughs at what we have done to own union. We at least need some of the old board back to help right the ship! If Tony D. decides to run again, he will have my vote.
