I heard he resigned.  Maybe they allowed him to "resign" in exchange for him keeping his mouth shut and not testifying for the union in any future arbitration.   Seems to me if so many have been fired so far and there is more to come, this has to lead to managers fired and probably the DM Al friend.  Or maybe the latest UPS cuts in management might swallow up the once mighty Al friend in April??</blockquote>
