That's how it is.  I'm not saying it's the driver's responsibility to fix this, I'm saying if it was me and I saw something on my card...I'd be on top of it till I found out what the hell it was.  That's all.  I'm also saying that if somebody knowingly did something wrong, they should and would be fired.  Management or Union.
