BS ask the big guy to see the min. from the row a e-board meetings, yes there was a proposed plan but it was voted down by the the e-board THEY REFUSED TO LET THE MEMBERS PAY. UPS got from Row b in 6 MONTHS what they never COULD get from row a in 12 years.</blockquote>
