Said driver causes an accident which unfortunately leads to a fatality,  what happens to them, NOTHING!!!  I don't want them charged with Vehicular Manslaughter ala a a DUI/DWI but there should be a ramification, loss of driving privledges for 3/6 mos. it doesn't seem like much in the trade-off of taking a life, however they should be punished in some respect.  Maybe if this situation ever affected a state legislator something towards that end could be a possibilty.  I don't mean to bemoan this tragedy we don't know the cause yet...forgive my rant.</p></blockquote><p></p>
