I sold mine. Gates Bezos and fill in blank are going balls in on AI. I think RE market is totally shifted. Big gains are done except for great locales. Non high pay service/Tech/AI switch out jobs are the yield.

Some of this AI goldrush bluster is just Musk-style empty promises. Like the cybertruck that didn't make it to market for half a decade, then was already overpriced and unwanted. Like many promises he made, and the SEC just ignored.

Nvidia has been lucky. First, people use video cards for crypto mining. Now they will be riding the AI train. Not sure what the third is but selling it now is still a bit early.
