I can't think of a scenario short of self defense where stabbing someone is acceptable behavior. But I doubt that's the case if there's a BOLO on the stabber.

Navajo. Probably a tweaker according to what the sup said at our PCM that day. I believe it, Farmington is a craphole. Blind sided him with a rock to the head then stabbed him with a BBQ skewer in the shoulder and leg several times before before he was able to fight him off and secure himself in the back of his PC and call the cops.
