400?
I won’t do more than 250 even with a helper
Nope. Not a safe place work pace to keep up constantly.
My average day is 200+, 95% resi. During peak, without a helper, I can still do 330-350 in a 9/10 hour period as I have multiple buildings I deliver to the mail room. I have one of the easiest (and safest) routes in our center in terms of area yet the higher seniority guys don't want it due to the stop count. There are some days I only have 15 or 16 pages in my DIAD but will end up with 180-190 stops.

They're finally putting in an Amazon hub 1 hr from my center. Management is already predicting doom and gloom and telling the low seniority cover drivers that they'll be laid off come end of summer

They'll be fine, and if they are FT then they can just bump into preload/reload. Not like they're really missing out on anything.
