UPS Promotes Charlene Thomas To West Region President

She also held other important operations positions, managing air operations in Philadelphia as well as district ground operations in Alabama.</p><p></p><p>Thomas began her career in 1989 as a part-time employee in West Chester, Pennsylvania. After a promotion into management in 1992, she gained experience in a variety of roles in package and hub operations, as well as sales and marketing.</p><p></p><p>Thomas earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and her MBA from Eastern University. She has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and continues to serve as an executive board member for Habitat for Humanity.</p></blockquote><p></p>
