NMG LLC will be an externally managed finance company, which will own all of the existing assets, and will have assumed all of the existing liabilities, of the Guardian Entities following this offering." </p><p>My take-away: Unless they have restructured to allow its ownership in IRA's (ala LINE w/ Linco) something doesn't smell right. But hey I am less than a noob at this, I don't understand their buss framework therefore am corn-fussed and need to stay away. 8% yield is below my goal and no financials on either google or yahoo, so best I don't add it to my watchlist.</p></blockquote><p></p>
