Its the run up to divi that shows you the true vaule of this company.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px">I dug deeper into NCT ans found they sold damn near 1 billion in shares this year to finance their last 2 acquisitions (spelling is off but web dictionary just pissed me off) the 20% divi increase to $1.06 is split to 50 cents NCT and $.56 to the spin off (NRZ.) NRZ is going to have a huge repo charge on its books. The first deal of the year they bought HSBC for $3.4 billion.
