USPS LET ITSELF GET CRUSHED

An ad hoc example but I can attest to this ... I ordered a Seymour Duncan La Brea set of pickups for a Fender Telecaster I am modding from a vendor in Georgia (150 miles away) on November 27th and I got them on 12/14.
Normally, I get orders from this vendor the next day ... this time 2 1/2 weeks.

As an addendum to my first reply ... I average getting 3 - 4 campaign mailings a day.
I wonder if the USPS has prioritized these political mailings?

Just a guess, but USPS probably has a legal obligation to take on volume in a way UPS and FedEx do not. So they're always going to be at the bottom whenever the :censored2: rolls downhill. And diverted volume from other carriers is probably difficult to estimate and plan for. Especially when resources are more limited.

That struck a bad chord?

At least it was delivered. That must have been music to your ears.
