But when the division manager pulled me aside, he just stared at me for about 10 minutes without saying anything. Then all he says is "You need to get your mind right. This won't ever happen again." Done. No yelling, no swearing, but I was scared and indeed, it never happened again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
