Dear Leader ended negotiations for another new stimulus bill saying that he will offer a better one after the election just like his "repeal and replace with a so called "better" plan than the ACA, ..but that was 4 years ago . If he really does have a much more effective stimulus plan then why not roll it out before the election. He needs every vote he can get .So it appears that two conclusions are battling one another in Dear Leader's intellectually gifted mind Either he's so completely confident of reelection that he can afford to wait OR he knows that he's going to be swept from office and as a parting shot he's going to leave Biden with the task of having to clean up another Repug recession.</blockquote>
