Apple pie moonshine. (Not the real moonshine, the mix). Tastes like apple pie. Cook some up every year.

Apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, brown sugar and everclear.

Throw all but the alcohol in a pot and boil until the sugar is dissolved, add liquor, serve warm. It'll warm you up nicely when it's cold outside!
