It's in their best interest and most have another job that will help supplement the income lost by only recieving a strike benefit check every week(around $200 a week only about $100 less than they make now). I don't know what you mean by new toys. Does this scenario some how add toys to the new contract? Oh another question, does it have to be a basement? Can it be a garage or a guest room? You may not be aware but not every home has a basement. How much do you lose a week if you don't work? 6 or 7 hundred?</blockquote>
