Look at the companies who comply with DEI initiatives. This is a left driven idea that will only hurt companies and these corporations cater to this idea and democrats anyway. A majority of Americans don’t like affirmative action hires, which is what DEI is. In a competitive environment, you want the most qualified person, not a quota hire. If the GOP was owned by big business, DEI would be a republican talking point. The fact that it isn’t points to the opposite opinion. The real people with the power, middle management, are almost entirely democrats. Although they don’t control how the company contributes as a whole to political campaigns, they contribute more to left leaning PAC’s and have more power to institute change than the top.</blockquote>
