What Will Fred Do If Obama Wins?

Ask him if he has seen this happen to anyone else during his career, or if he's ever seen upper management intentionally set someone up to fail. You can also ask him why FedEx always gives employees the option to resign over simple termination. Even in cases of blatant theft or other major infraction, FedEx will forgo prosecution in trade for a resignation....no unemployment payment required. I know plenty of managers who know there is no such thing as job security at FedEx. Most have a back-up plan because they know they could be gone in a flash over nothing.</p></blockquote><p></p>
