FedEx methodically eliminated all but a few Tiger managers and kept employees who were knowledgable in international operations.</p><p></p><p>The grass is brown and dead at FedEx, so even if the turf over at UPS doesn't look like a US Open green, it's a hell of a lot better than FedEx.
