Debatable. She has less baggage than most of the other choices but that isn't saying much.

Are you being sarcastic? I ask only because a VP pick is nothing more than a strategy to sure up some hard electoral votes. In this case it was unique because Joe Biden is so inept, his VP pick was actually supposed to be his successor/co Commander in Chief.

It used to be that the VP was chosen on his/her ability to lead the country in the event of the inability of the President to serve out the balance of his/her term. Now the VP is chosen on his/her ability to garner votes from those constituents who may not like the Presidential nominee, probably because they are not black enough.
