Why are some UPS employees members of two unions? I'm confused!

That is straight from the ibt.So dues went up $12.00 a month in 1997 for strike pay but they say there is no strike fund being paid through your dues, if anyone that says there is then please show me the article or where it is located saying there is a strike fund and it is paid for through our union dues.</p></blockquote><p></p>
