Why Exclude Other Minorities? Black National Anthem To Be Sung At Washington 4th Of July Celebration

This is the blindness of too many Americans, that they can't see what a gift this is to them if they value America. You have a group of Americans who objectively have every right to not believe in America and yet sing a song dedicated to their freedom in America and their belief in GOD and mfers think that's a problem or excludes anyone. Smh.
Wrong. One American.

The reason they see this song as divisive is because they see black Americans as their enemy. It is sick man, they believe black Americans having the polticial or societal power to sing the "black national anthem" during the 4th of July is some type of threat or attack or loss of power for them. They can't imagine that song could be unifying and uplift them as fellow Americans.
Once again wrong. One nation, one anthem. Insert any minority group with their own anthem, the thread is exactly the same.

one minority was predominantly enslaved in this great country of ours...that might be why. so who gives a flying fück about trying to appease everyone else who chose to come here for a better life ...think they should include the indigenous/natives in some type of way as well.
What is an indigenous/native?

American Indians? Didn't they walk across a land bridge 50,000 years ago or something?

Native....aren't we all African?

It was cold here and we all whitened up? Africa was sunny and they darkened up?

They are still selling slaves in Africa.....today.

To the victors go the spoils. That's the way it really is.....

There will be a reckoning......choose your side carefully....like the colonists of 1776......

When it hits the fan....remember.....they are still a small minority.....keep that in mind.....

Didn't pre-european populations engage in activities like warfare against other tribes and even enslaved the conquered?

This post proves my point about seeing black Americans as your enemy.
Aren't they Americans? So its bad for Americans to create another song celebrating American freedom and their belief in GOD? And its bad if those Americans sing that song on the 4th of July? Why? Well its obvious why, once you remove the fact that the Americans who created the song and who want to sing on the 4th are black, this anger is bizarre. There is not one reason any American couldn't enjoy that song and incorporate it into celebrating the 4th of July. Not one reason.

There is.
Black National anthem vs. The National Anthem.
