Nobody is ever trained right. This job is learn as you go. Freaking ridiculous really. That's the quality of your supervisors nowadays. Not saying all of them are that way but the biggest majority of them are worthless. The only people that can do anything right are the drivers cause we're out there in the battlefield doing work lol. Sad the new state of employees coming down the pipeline, drivers and supes lol

So here it is in a nutshell this peak what is going to happen. They are going to load us up more with less routes, less jumper time, expect us to skip lunch and punch out earlier and HARASS THE HELL OUT OF US ON THE OVERALLOWED.
