Fitzpatrick, PhD, with the Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health at University of Maryland in Baltimore.</p><p>“Without vaccination, there would have been nearly 120 million more COVID-19 infections,” the authors write.</p><p>In the 2 years, the U.S. has administered more than 655 million doses, and 80% of the population has received at least one dose, according to the report.</p></blockquote><p></p>
