Air Exception Driver to Bidded Air Job

Hi Folks,

I've got a pay rate question for you. I've currently been driving air for the past year and a half as an 'exception air driver'. I was recently offered a bid air job and am trying to get an understanding of my new pay rate. I am currently at $14 and hour. My understanding within the new contract is that for every 4 days worked that equates to 1 month towards my progression. I generally work 5-6 days a week, typically Monday-Saturday. I'm stuck trying to determine my new pay rate; I've been told with all of my days worked I should be close to or at top pay. Of course, this is all through verbal conversations and I would like to try and understand how to compute my new rate or if perhaps someone knows the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

24 month progression. Read Art. 40. Progression starts from the time you first qualify.Have heard when you are awarded a bid Air job you have to start over. I don't think that is right though.
