I picked up 3 boxes of bees going Saturday NDA to California.
They were not happy campers.
I deliver crickets NDA to Pet Smart all the time.

We get all sorts of bee shipments in the spring as everyone starts their colonies in Interior Alaska. We also get a few smaller shipments of queens later in the season.
Live shipments for Petco are Will Call and delivered via private courier. They suffer enough abuse on the flights and hanging out in a truck at extreme temperatures (e.g. -40°) has been shown to be lethal.
