Did the company fulfill your 8 hr Guarantee ?
Or, did drivers just bend over ?

Some requested 8 hours and were forced to work as a helper.
It is a bluff the company called.
Does no good to request 8 minimum when they want all the hours they can squeeze out of you.

Frankly I thought it was inhuman what they did to us.
I was forced to come in on the Saturday for less than 2 hours, after working 68.

If this contract does not have language stopping this, I will rally as hard as I possibly can to kill ratification.

I have been at UPS since Jimmy Carter was president.
I have put up with a lot over the years.
This is about basic human dignity.
No one should be forced to work every waking hour for 6 weeks.

I'll be voting no on any contract that says UPS can force us to work up to 70 hours. I know a lot of guys I work with will be doing likewise.
UPS already is doing so, with no wording in the current contract.
I has to be specifically prohibited in the contract proposal.

I love working late into the night after dark. No need for a piss bottle as no one can see you after dark and they're in bed. I hold it all day just to act professional, but man that is a hell of a jet stream once the sun goes down.
Any pictures?

Asking for a female friend so it's fine.

You should rally the oil field workers. 16 hour days 14 days straight.
