I don't know what state your located in but it sounds like it's perfect, the way the terminal runs and the way you run your business. Sounds like nirvana.

It's called competence, I'm sure it's foreign to you.
The things you say happen in your terminal do not happen in mine and I think most. That's why it's so hard to believe.
Bounty is right. I am only relating the experiences and first hand events that occured at my terminal over the years.Operations at the larger barns may have become more civilized over the years but small barns simply do not have the abundent resources both human and mechanical that the larger ones do. And in the states that are or will soon be going ISP The ISP.s will not have the revenues to keep much in the way of redundant assets on hand. The reason? It will be difficult if not impossible to get enough money out of X to cover the cost of servicing those low revenue producing R,D's some of which individually are nearly 100 miles in size.
