This is the Partner's forum. We don't like it when they post in the Union forum. We should respect this by refraining from posting here.
It sounds like Citrix is some sort of internal program available only to managers, hence the need for the "token" that FT referred to.

If you go on upsfreight.net and navigate through the tabs it should let you know what Citrix plug-in you need to download and just click on it. That's how I was able to get on. You don't need a token. I wish I remembered more specifics. It's been a couple years.
