Its not dishonest at all.

Rounding up to 11 trillion for GW BUSH the day he left office, he also left another 5.1 trillion spread over the next TEN YEARS in tax cuts and a prescription drug bill.

But, since he left office, these numbers get unfairly placed in Obama's column.

The BUSH tax cuts reupped in 2010 cost the taxpayers 3.1 trillion alone, and that was spread over TEN YEARS. Thats 2020 when it completely counts on the deficit record.

Please dont defend BUSH.

So now you admit that President Obama did not give Iran $150b, but just released the funds?

Pretty sure they were released to the owners, and not confiscated. Pretty sure their debtors will be paid first, too.

Since you haven't answered let me explain it to you .
A lobster trap isn't just a box one drops into the ocean . It is a highly regulated device that allows the gov't to decide how to manage the breeding stock of lobsters and other marine life . The gov't decides which areas to allow their use , what sizes can be taken by area , and who can be a lobsterman . One must deal with State and Federal gov't requirements along with USCG inspections .
In order to "protect" whales all lines must be marked differently for each type of use , currently lobstermen use the color red to id their lines , so that if a whale does become entangled in lines the segment of the marine fisheries can be identified.
Each lobsterman is limited to the amount of traps which they can place into the water per what their license allows . Even the buoys used are regulated , along with what types of lines that can be used .
