A driver in my center has a doctor's note stating that he can't work more than 8 hours a day for a couple of weeks. He had foot surgery earlier this year, and it's acting up on him. He's on the 9.5 list. I've seen management work with other people with medical issues (guy with a bad back had a helper for a bit), but I wonder if this doctor's note/prescription can be enforced, and if so, how. Any suggestions?
