Good...he'll be okay. Too bad they didn't hold the meeting next week. I know you'd feel better if you could go with him.
I've been there in front of panel years ago. Don't know why he's there but just remind him remain calm, act sympathetic(play the game), don't change story, how much you value job(play the game), tell them what they want to hear. It's a little nerve wrecking going into room with BA and several other Union guys trying to plead for your job in front of Labor Manager and several of their chronies. Tell him good luck!!

I called it ...having a Dad that was in the military.
When he got out of the Lazy Boy and headed in your direction there was no reversing the outcome. Running was a bad idea too. Tried that once.
