Dumping the food only means they didn't need it. Plus kids don't vote. Their parents have no idea what's going on at school anyway.

If that were true, there would be no reports of parents being banned from School Boards Meetings because they object to the policies being forced upon them and their children. ( see the uptick on parents Home Schooling their children )
