Sorry Upstate,I HAD to respond to this ....The words are,,,
"No more rehearsing, or nursing our part,we know every part by heart"
I love my showtunes.

It's easy to misquote... remember

"Rock the Casbah," not
"Lock the Cat Box" :dissapointed:

"Her mind is Tiffany twisted" which most of us thought was
"Her mind is definitely twisted." (Hotel California)

"You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille, with four hundred children
and a crop in the fields"

"Excuse me while I kiss the sky" (right)
"Excuse me while I kiss this guy"

"There's a bad moon on the rise"
You know the rest...

I use to have some McIntosh stuff and NAD and of course the requisite Thorens turntable. Good memories.
I still use my 1985 NAD system,daily.
NAD stereo tuner 4150
NAD series 20 stereo preamplifier 1020
NAD stereo power amplifier 2140.
ADS solid walnut speakers (those suckers, weigh about 40lbs a piece.)
I can not crank it up over half volume, because it will rattle the windows(no joke).
Still have the matching, NAD stereo cassette tape deck 6050C and a Micro Seiki turntable /with a gold head and diamond stylus.
(cd player replaced those for daily use.)
Hoke, you are the one I need to talk to about selling collectible albums.

Back in 1979 I bought a NAD FM tuner. It didn't have AM. I connected it to my Sanyo integrated Amp and Sony dual cassette deck. The NAD's brown faceplate stood out from the rest. A bolt of lightning turned it into a door stop.:sad-little:
