It works properly if the goal was to create more OT, screw up pickup operations and disrupt customer service.

FedEx said "screw it" to customer service a long time ago. Used to be we were the very best at it. Now we're run of the mill. Cut too far into profits.

Yep, this company has long forgotten that although the managers still once in awhile provide the smokescreen.
