How DRA works at our station.

    We don't have p1 help so your loop will have to absorb the baseline p1. Thanks. By the way "no lates". Thank you.

    I'm sorry but my 280 doesn't include absorbing the baseline P1. Expect any stops over that number to be late.

    Sounds like my station except we get "No dex 01's, no dex 84's"

    We don't even have DRA at my station...

    Oh well it doesn't even come close to working properly, so no big loss.

    It works properly if the goal was to create more OT, screw up pickup operations and disrupt customer service.

    FedEx said "screw it" to customer service a long time ago. Used to be we were the very best at it. Now we're run of the mill. Cut too far into profits.

    Yep, this company has long forgotten that although the managers still once in awhile provide the smokescreen.
