Combine that virtual OJS tablet with developing AI, and it won't be long before ORSs and CMs, for that matter, become redundant and are eliminated.

They have been eliminating center manager positions for years. The next thing will be the dispatch Supervisors. They want to Dispatch out of regional areas. That way they eliminate cost and driver interaction.
