Local practices, Riders and Addendum do supercede the Supplements and Master unless specifically mentioned that it can not.

And there are only 1 or 2 instances of Supplements, Riders and Addendum not being able to supercede.

Thats one thing local 344 got right.The filling of permanent openings in the feeder department shall be
as follows:
One (1) letter of Geographical Transfer
Two (2) full-time employees from the qualified list
One (1) part-time employee from the qualified list
One (1) part-time employee who has successfully completed a free
period.
One (1) from off the street.

There were lots of part-timers hired into feeders last year in my local (mostly the Whites Creek hub). Many were practically brand new and had barely adjusted to loading/unloading trailers when they started feeder school. So, now we have 21/22 year old pimple faced feeder drivers coming to our area for pickups while our package drivers (many with two or three decades of service) are stuck in package. Thanks Local 480. You suck.
