@Jsasse : 2 quick thoughts:

• First, file a grievance ASAP. So the matter isn't denied due to 'timeliness'. (the grievance can always be withdrawn later)
• Your Local should review past contract negotiations (notes/minutes from bargaining) to see if this was brought up previously by the Local, the Regional Supplement, or for the National Master Agreement.

Is there a need for feeder drivers where you are? At least 20 on lay off here. Maybe more. Is there even a bid hung?
