Natural gas package cars

Our building is supposed to be getting 75 new natural gas package cars and I was just wondering if anyone has them already and if so what their opinions are of them. Are they all automatics? Are they slower than diesel or gas or about the same? Thanks

We had natural gas vehicles once, funny thing is they took diesel.

We have some propane trucks, and they are a joke. Constantly vapor locking and running out of propane. Also, if you don't hit the button while getting into the pkg car you have to wait forever to start it.

I'm guessing they started out as natural gas but somewhere down the line were retro fitted back to diesel. I witnessed with my own eyes trucks labeled as natural gas getting diesel pumped in them.

I wonder how long they went before dumping the NG idea? History seems to always repeat itself.
