This center manager’s favorite tactic for sending people to panel was interviewing them about a methods infraction that was observed then trying to get them on dishonesty. Turning warning letters into cardinal sin terminations. It’s important to understand just how valuable “I don’t recall” is when dealing with a manager like her that wants millisecond details on every aspect of the issue you’re discussing.

She destroyed a lot of men’s mental health, made their working lives hell and put financial burdens/stress on their families for months at a time with petty terminations.
