Where we are, we are guaranteed 8hrs a day that we’re scheduled. With this Saturday crap many are laid off on mondays now.

22.4 has only been in effect for 3 years. Give it time. Current RPCD's won't care because they have are guaranteed the top wages.

The contract is clear in the percentages. RPCDs are not being replaced by 22.4s.

Every 22.4 working 14 hours a day without breaks could be 2 rpcds doing the job right.
