I would be more concerned with letting this guy drive my vehicle and getting into to an accident then saying you told him it's ok to drive. Sooooo many ways to lose your business...

Really? I had a DUI years ago. A lot of people have. Seems strange that it's disqualifying for people to drive even if it's been years ago.
