We will get those Mondays off as paid holidays. Holiday on Sunday, Monday off. Holiday on Saturday, no day off. Don't know why.

Because UPS has operations going on on Saturday so everyone would just be off that day. Like July 4th this year.

Someone mentioned on here the Monday following Christmas is not marked as a holiday on the new ups 2016 calendar, I didn't have a chance to verify this.

Let's really get down and dirty and start talking about peak season helpers and casual drivers that want to walk on with a driving job at ups after Christmas .....might as go full steam with this... It's too bad that we didn't at least get a few days past Christmas before all of this nonsense started popping up again

Regardless what the calendar shows, the contract DOES have it as paid holiday!

That someone was me. The new calendar does not show the 26th as a holiday.
