    What does OPD, OTH, & ANV means At The Bottom Of Our Check ??

    OPD is optional day

    OTH is other which I believe is sick time. ANV might stand for anniversary and could be your vacation time.

    I thought anv meant anvil. That is the day they drop anvils on you to see if you are cognisant of your surroundings.

    The only thing I worried about on my paycheck were those numbers on the far right side. lol.

    -To the far left is VAC...that's your vacation time
    -Then it says OPD...those are your personal days (or the ever popular OPH's)
    -After that is OTH...those are your sick days
    -And last is ANV...that's the floating holiday that you can take some time between Jan. 16th and Thanksgiving (per the contract)
