I will have been an air driver for 19 years, it will be 20 in May 2014. I will be 57 years old in May as well. Can/should I retire now and how much should I expect for my pension per month?
Also, where can I go to find out more information about retirement?

Contact your local H&W office. Ask them. They are really the only ones that can give you a good answer. You did not say what local you are in, so no one here can answer your question with any kind of accuracy.

New Central Region supplement says $1500 a month at age 60 with 25 years. $1250 at any age after 25 years. May want to reconsider retirement for a few more years. Let me get this right. You want to retire at 57 from a PT job? An air driving job?

Can you retire? Yes. Should you retire? That's up to you but to me it would make no sense whatsoever.

He does seem to have the type of part time gig any retiree would be happy with.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Unless he is working two jobs and wanting to dump one.
