Pension buyout

Will ups offer me a pension buyout if I left the company in 2017? I know they had the period in 2016. Just wondering if they would still offer it

PT sup on TWI is quitting today. 11 years in and found out he can make more money working 1 FT job instead of 2 PT jobs.
