Not sure what you mean by freezing the pension, I know in 4 years they will no longer be putting into our pension. I’ve got 22 yrs as a part time supervisor, what is the pension deal for management, if you quit before 55 and 25 ? What happens ? Do I have to wait until I’m 65 to collect ?
