I don't think we'll be losing medical. If they got away with that, it think it would be new hires only.
If we have to pay a small premium of $50-$75 per/month, no problem here. But I want a decent raise to go with that with how well the company is doing and how the economy continues to improve. the earlier we negotiate, the less we'll get. Let the economy start gaining more traction, then negotiate.
Man oh man. how about a welcome to the new member instead of roasting him.
